Christina Wright, senior planner, said the application proposes a small electronics repair use and meets the required parking standard; the ordinance requires one parking space per 200 square feet for non‑storage uses, which translated to a 16‑space minimum for this building. The applicant's plan provides 19 spaces.
Pete Schoenauer of Tidewater Engineering represented the owner and said the tenant would focus on control controllers for automated machinery. No members of the public spoke for or against the request and the commission approved the site plan unanimously.
The approval allows the applicant to pursue building permits and tenant‑finish work under county permitting processes.
