Representatives for several property owners told the hearing authority they had repair bids and were working to complete rehabilitation, and the board granted continuances for many docketed addresses.
Colin Asbury, representing Middletown Property Group, said bids were in for multiple properties and requested 30 days for several cases and 90 days for more extensive work; the authority generally granted those continuances and asked staff to inspect progress before any release. For one property the authority approved a conditional release pending payment of a $150 fine and pending inspection.
The board also addressed a cluster of continued cases across West 17th Street, South Madison, North Glenwood and other addresses. Some properties were released after staff verified repairs and inspections; others were continued 30–90 days with specific requirements such as removal of vehicles, submission of a sales contract, or presentation of a written plan and timetable.
Members asked owners or agents to provide written schedules, permits and inspection documentation ahead of the next hearing. The authority said it would pursue administrative enforcement if parties failed to show progress.
