Staff introduced the request as a zoning map amendment to rezone property from Agricultural Residential (AR) to Residential (RS) and to allow a Class A conditional use for townhouse development. The applicant, Wendy Timmer of Urban Design Studio, indicated no additional presentation was necessary. Commissioners reviewed disclosures and, following a motion, recommended approval of the item subparts by voice vote.
