Conkey described the proposal as a modest expansion to increase living space on the first floor and to add shutters to the front of the house. She told the board the owner has held the property since 2022 and said the team agreed with staff findings.
A board member moved to approve the application “per staff recommendations.” During a roll call the motion received multiple affirmative votes and the chair announced the application was approved.
The approval follows the board’s review of the record and staff report; the board did not identify additional changes beyond the staff conditions filed with the application. The applicant may now proceed to the next steps required for permitting and detailed design review.
