Commissioners also ratified their meeting schedule (every other Wednesday) and addressed routine clerical business. The clerk presented regular exonerations and a refund request; after individual consideration the commission approved refunds and three orders to combine parcels. Commissioners approved payroll and accepted minutes for October and November after an editor’s review.
The actions were procedural but establish leadership and administrative authority for the commission’s work through the coming year. No legal objections were raised during the motions.
