Vote: Mayor Marin, Mister Martin, Mister Tremblay, Mister Inbody, Mister Klinger — all Aye.
- CU‑01‑2026 (R and J Properties/Finley LLC) — Approved to convert 432 Tiffin Ave to a duplex; applicant to submit parking plans to zoning for permit review. Vote: unanimous Aye.
- CU‑02‑2026 (Greg Cornett/Cornett Metal Works) — Approved to operate a welding business at 1704 Gay Ave Rear with required fire inspection before opening; lease language prohibits outdoor storage. Vote: unanimous Aye.
- CU‑03‑2026 (Carrie Connan) — Approved a low‑volume distillery and tasting room at 300 W. Front St. with conditions: fencing/landscaping screening along both sides of the parking lot, Downtown Design Review Board approval for exterior aesthetics, return to the commission for any substantial expansion of services, and a limitation of public hours to end at 10 p.m. daily. Vote: unanimous Aye.
All approvals were conditional and require follow‑up permitting, inspections and, for CU‑03‑2026, additional design and licensing steps before expanded operations can begin.
