Mill Valley council advances adaptive traffic signal pilot, residents press for immediate calming measures

He said the procurement yielded a single bidder familiar with Mill Valley and noted the scope includes a feasibility assessment (task 3) that would allow staff to pivot if the results do not meet expectations.
