Senator Perry moved to adopt the amendments and George Montes seconded. Because the change affects regulations, the board conducted a roll-call vote; the clerk recorded 'aye' votes from the following members: Mister Evans, Mister Craig, Doctor Gormley, Mister Haid, Mister Sterling, Miss Howard, Miss Jern, Doctor Maja, Mister Myers, Mister Miller, Mister Olson, Miss Perry, Miss Toni, Miss Stamos and Miss Watts. The chair announced the amendments were approved.
Board members did not record any opposition during the roll call. Jenkins characterized the amendments as noncontroversial technical edits tied to the agency's relocation.
