- Property tax abatement for Rodney Anger — approved (unanimous roll call).

- Authorization to install compressed‑air piping in half of the Sheriff’s Office storage building (estimated $15,000) — approved (unanimous roll call).

- Contract award for the Buffalo paving project to Border States Paving (low bid reported at $7.2 million) — approved (unanimous roll call).

- Adoption of the county’s five‑year roads and bridges plan — approved (unanimous roll call).

- Amendments to employee handbook: military‑leave policy updated to reflect 2025 state changes, and demotion policy adjusted for temporary promotions — both approved (unanimous roll calls).
