Jim Diamond presented four items for the board's review: a data-use agreement with the State of Tennessee (no funding attached), a $10,000 donation from the Marjorie Newhall Foundation (to be treated as a grant), an amendment to the Strong Babies grant to reallocate budget line items at the request of a program lead, and the next-year award for workforce-development foundation funding of $843,396.
