Jonesboro council approves two condemnation resolutions for properties deemed uninhabitable

Resolution 25-138 addresses 505 West Woodrow Street (parcel 11447317500), owned by Thomas and Linda Bobbitt; the council stated the property had been inspected and determined unsuited for habitation and moved to adopt the resolution, which also carried by vote.
In both instances the resolutions were read into the record, motions and second were recorded and the mayor called for council ballots; no public commenters spoke against the condemnations during the meeting.
