Andrew Penny of Development Services said the committee would offer a conditional approval if the applicant "make whatever provisions you need to do to satisfy the new traffic pattern and improvements, resubmit your plans to us, provided all those comments get resolved, then we may be able to to plan stamp those things as approved, and you'll be on your way to to permits."
