Nuisance designation for Bridal Properties postponed after defense seeks fuller police reports

Defense counsel for Bridal Properties asked the board on Dec. 10 to postpone nuisance-determination appeals, saying police reports provided in advance were redacted and incomplete, which limited the defense’s ability to assess whether individuals cited in the reports were associated with the property.
"We have not received unredacted full police reports... I would ask that this keep postponed until that full information can be provided," Attorney Michael Pflughoff told the board.
