IDA hires RGP Consulting LLC for UTEP review and compliance support in a six‑month agreement

The New Rochelle Industrial Development Agency unanimously approved on Nov. 19 a resolution to authorize a professional services agreement with RGP Consulting LLC for technical assistance on UTEP review, IDA application review and annual compliance reporting.
Staff said the work will help the agency manage a heavy annual reporting cycle in early 2026 and support IDA manager Katrina Shivers as she completes operational training. The proposed agreement runs six months with an option for a one‑time six‑month renewal.
Board members said they view the item as noncontroversial and focused on administrative capacity; the vote carried unanimously. Staff said the consultant will also help refine UTEP amendments under development and coordinate with Harris Beach on compliance issues.
