Board approves administrative amendment to 122 Pershing façade and massing

The Planning Board approved an administrative amendment on Nov. 25 to revise the front‑facing façade and roof massing of a previously approved two‑unit project at 122 Pershing Avenue.
Architect Eric Wilson presented small shifts in plan and roof articulation intended to break down the massing and create greater differentiation between the two dwellings. He said the footprint and lot coverage remain unchanged; changes include a four‑foot setback of the left unit, modified gables and a more articulated porch and garage treatment. Board members praised progress from earlier iterations and asked staff to work with the applicant and PARC to finalize details so the project would not need to return to the board.
The board moved and seconded the administrative amendment and approved it that night.
