The San Francisco Commission on the Environment voted on Jan. 6 to approve its 2025 annual report, a statutory document summarizing the commission's work and priorities in the previous year.
Alice Hurk, Commission Affairs Officer, presented the draft report, which includes the commission's mission, a photo of commissioners, a letter from the president, a legislative summary and a list of accomplishments. The report highlights the expansion of the public EV charging network, building decarbonization wins and the Climate Equity Hub as top priorities.
Commissioner Ryals moved to approve the draft report; Commissioner Hunter seconded. During the roll call, President Sullivan, Vice President Tompkins, Commissioner Bermejo, Commissioner Hunter and Commissioner Ryals recorded Aye votes; Commissioners Ahn and Yuan were excused. The motion passed.
The approved report will be transmitted as the commission's 2025 record of activities and used to frame priorities for the coming year.
