The Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure re-elected Doctor Carolyn Ransom Scott as chair and selected Commissioner Mark Miller as vice chair during its Dec. 2 meeting under section 27 of the successor agency bylaws. Nominations were made and seconded on the record; both were approved by roll-call votes of 4 ayes, 1 absent.
The commission also approved the minutes of its Nov. 18, 2025 meeting by a roll-call vote of 4 ayes, 1 absent. There was no public comment on the minutes or on the chair and vice-chair nominations.
Chair Scott accepted the nomination and thanked commissioners for the vote; Vice Chair Miller and other commissioners offered remarks of appreciation to staff and community partners later in the meeting.
