Cheryl Taylor, operations manager for Clean Power SF, told the Local Agency Formation Commission on Nov. 21 that the city’s community choice program is “serving our customers with participation remaining strong and steady at about 95%,” and that the program’s “super green” product now represents about 19% of its annual retail sales.
Taylor briefed commissioners on enrollment trends, customer programs and the Integrated Resource Plan process required by state law, saying the California Public Utilities Commission filing deadline is May 5, 2026. She said portfolio modeling will run into early next year with initial results to be shared in public fora in late January through February and final recommendations presented to the SFPUC Commission by late April.
