Commissioners severed Administrative Bulletin 2.08 ("Retroactive sprinkler installation for high‑rise buildings — submittal and umbrella permit") for separate discussion; the remaining bulletins were bundled for a single motion.
Commissioner Alan Lowe moved to approve the bundled administrative bulletins (excluding 2.08); Commissioner Armee Morgan seconded. On roll call the motion passed with recorded 'aye' votes by President Marcy Frazier, Commissioner Steven Nakasho, Commissioner Armee Morgan and Commissioner Alan Lowe. Later, after brief discussion, a motion to defer Administrative Bulletin 2.08 until the January 2026 meeting passed unanimously to allow review of proposed amendments.
