Public Works’ Office of the City and County Surveyor presented final map no. 10857 for a 20‑unit commercial condominium project at 1301–1341 Evans Street. City and County Surveyor Elias French said the map circulated to city agencies, required building inspection and code updates were completed, and the final map was approved and signed by the surveyor.

With no public comment, the committee voted 3-0 to forward the final map to the Board as a committee report with a positive recommendation.
