DPH committee forwards contracts including Agiloft and PartsSource; San Francisco AIDS Foundation contract delayed

The first new contract, with Agiloft, covers implementation, licensing, hosting, support and training for an electronic contract management system intended to centralize management of roughly 700 department contracts. The second new contract, with PartsSource, is intended to give DPH access to OEM parts at discounted prices through a central purchasing mechanism.
Staff noted that one contract related to the San Francisco AIDS Foundation was removed from the contracts list and delayed for December committee consideration; the commission approved the consent calendar as amended.
Next steps: the committee forwarded recommended contracts to the full commission for approval; the San Francisco AIDS Foundation contract will return to the committee in December for additional consideration.
