- Contract contingency increases (Item 13): Approved an additional $500,000 cost contingency and a 910-calendar-day duration contingency for the Alameda Creek Watershed Center contract to complete exhibits and address leaks and a two-year maintenance period. Vote: Arce stepped away; remaining commissioners voted Aye; item passed.
- Contract contingency increases (Item 14): Approved $1,000,000 increase to cost contingency and 382-calendar-day duration extension for O'Shaughnessy Dam drainage contract to address site conditions and worker-safety schedule requirements. Vote: unanimous among present commissioners (Thurlow excused).
