Following the adoption vote, the commission voted unanimously to hold item 13 in closed session pursuant to Government Code §54957(b) and San Francisco Administrative Code §67.1(b) and (d). After returning to open session, the commissioners voted to disclose non‑privileged factual information from the closed session, with the amendment that non‑privileged factual material be released. Both the closed‑session vote and the disclosure vote recorded six yes votes.
