The SFCTA Personnel Committee reconvened from a closed session at 2:35 p.m. Dec. 10 after evaluating the executive director and discussing agency goals and the 2026 performance objectives.
Chair Commissioner Mirna Melgar reported the outcome of the closed-session evaluation to the committee and framed the resulting recommendation on compensation and term extension. After the committee approved the recommendation in open session, members noted they were over time and expressed confusion about agenda sequencing, including an instance where the clerk or chair appeared to call the wrong item number. Members discussed continuing outstanding items to a future meeting, and the committee closed general public comment with no speakers present before adjourning.
The meeting included routine announcements about how to submit written public comment and how to request ADA and language accommodations for future meetings.
