The Port of San Francisco Commission unanimously adopted the consent calendar, approving three items that authorize construction contracts and a grant.
The adopted items are: - Resolution 25-81: Award construction contract No. 2882 for Pier 9 roof and roof deck repairs and Pier 33 bulkhead roof and structural repairs to Robuck Construction Inc. in the amount of $7,310,000, with a 10% contingency fund of $731,000 for a total authorization not to exceed $8,041,000. - Resolution 25-82: Award construction contract No. 2894 for the Fisherman's Wharf Forward Taylor Street public plaza to Casaduro Construction Inc. in the amount of $3,870,000, with a 10% contingency of $387,000 for a total authorization not to exceed $4,257,000. - Resolution 25-83: Authorize a grant to Street Plans Collaborative for murals and activation activities in the amount of $350,000 for an 18-month term.
