Rio Rancho advisory board unanimously approves amended minutes, 2026 meeting dates and annual report

During its final meeting of 2025, the Rio Rancho Advisory Board moved and voted unanimously to approve an amendment to the Aug. 27, 2025, meeting minutes, to adopt the minutes as amended, to set the 2026 meeting schedule and to approve the board's annual report to the governing body.
Clerk Davis presented the procedural items and asked for motions. A motion to approve an amendment to the minutes was made and approved; the board then moved to approve the minutes as amended. Clerk Davis then presented proposed 2026 meeting dates (Feb. 18, May 27, Aug. 26 and Nov. 18, all Wednesdays at 6 p.m.), a motion to adopt the calendar was moved and seconded and the board recorded unanimous "yes" votes from members present.
Clerk Davis noted an error in the posted annual report (the document listed the wrong year online); he updated the posted letter the morning of the meeting and presented the corrected document. The board moved to approve the annual report to the governing body and voted to approve it unanimously.
Roll-call-style confirmation of votes was read for each item with the present members recorded as voting yes: Jablinski/Jablonski (recorded in transcript under varying spellings), Chair Wainwright, Member McCray and Vice Chair Baker. No abstentions or no votes were recorded during these procedural items.
The board had no public comments and adjourned after noting it will reconvene in February 2026 per the adopted calendar.
