Code enforcement will issue violation notices to unregistered properties and may place liens or refer unpaid charges to collections. Council members requested a one‑year review to evaluate fee revenue versus costs and program effectiveness.
Next steps: staff plans to return with telemetry/software contract approval in the coming month and to begin owner mailings in May after configuration.
