City Council approves settlement, multiple ordinances and several capital items in unanimous votes

Infrastructure and parks: Companion items authorizing utility relocations ahead of the San Martin Bridge replacement (F5A/F5B) passed, and a corrected resolution for waterfront-park sod replacement (initially pulled for a parenthetical error) was amended and approved as F6.
Ordinances and public hearings (J items): Council passed multiple J ordinances including municipal election scheduling (J3), milestone inspection code amendments (J4), and amendments to the supplemental police and firefighters’ retirement systems (J5–J6). Several right-of-way and plat vacation items (J8–J9) were also approved.
