- Case (James R. Moody, landscape): Board found continued violation, admitted current exhibits and ordered the previously levied lien and daily fines to continue (outstanding amount reported at $12,900).

- Case 25000094 (Malarkey Investment LLC): For a fence installed without an approved permit, the board suspended daily fines until the next hearing and directed staff to coordinate with development services to clarify plan-review corrections and inspect for compliance.

- Case 2024009693 (Casa Tessa Marina LLC): After staff confirmed permit completion and remediation (replacement plantings), the board vacated a lien of $9,050.

- Case 2025003953 (122 SW 12th Ave): The board reduced an accrued lien from $9,200 to $2,000 with 60 days to pay the reduced amount or have the lien revert to the original amount.
