At the start of the Parks, Recreation & Harbor Advisory Committee meeting, Director Trace Hillett opened nominations for the committees annual chair. Ryan Robbins volunteered and members voted to appoint him as chair for the calendar year by voice vote. Hillett thanked Robbins for accepting the role and turned the meeting over to him to continue the facilities master-plan review and project discussion.
