Commissioners approved a number of appointments, solicitor contracts and annual agreements during the meeting.

The board approved a purchase of service agreement naming Menlo Snook as the prison board solicitor for Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2026, at a rate of $125 per hour. Commissioners also approved appointment of a commissioner to the Central County Youth Detention Center board and accepted an annual usage agreement that includes an owner share payment of $68,003.54 and a per‑day rate of $667 plus usage charges.

The county reappointed Russ Rager to the Industrial Development Authority for a four‑year term and reappointed Clyde Mills to the County Housing Authority for a five‑year term. Commissioners approved three‑year terms for members of the Agland Preservation Board. The board also approved a purchase of service agreement with PMZ Law as the county solicitor at a monthly rate of $2,125 and carried other routine procurement and personnel motions by voice vote.
