The Delaware County Redevelopment Commission completed its 2026 reorganization at a Jan. 8 meeting, reappointing Amber Green as president, confirming Mister Wigley as vice president and retaining Rob Kiesling as secretary.
Commissioner Brand moved that Amber Green continue as president; the motion was seconded and the commission proceeded to a roll-call vote. Mister Kiesling, Commissioner Brand, Commissioner Henry, Mister Wigley and Miss Green each recorded 'Yes,' and the motion carried. Commissioner Brand then moved to reappoint Mister Wigley as vice president; that motion was likewise seconded and approved by roll call. A separate motion to continue Rob Kiesling as secretary was moved and seconded and approved by similar roll call.
During the reorganization the chair clarified that the vice president is required to be from a different appointing body than the president. No amendments or objections were recorded on the reorganization motions.
The commission also moved to approve the minutes from its Dec. 11, 2025 meeting. The motion was seconded and approved by roll call with affirmative votes from present members, and the minutes were entered as approved.
Procedurally, all reorganization motions were introduced from the floor and decided by recorded roll-call votes; the meeting proceeded immediately afterward to an economic development services update from the county's contractor, who filled in for the absent staff member.
