PSA awaits audit before advancing Exit 1 wastewater project; plant improvements near completion

Hopefully, we'll have our audit. Once we get our audit done, then we'll be able to send it off and see what our options really be." The speaker said costs are known to exist but the authority is not yet sure whether funding will be approved.
Members also reported that plant improvements are nearly finished and that the Pine Grove line extension is ready to begin once preparatory work finishes. Board members asked about three-phase power and pumps; an unidentified respondent said the three-phase service is in place but required transformer adjustments and that operating costs should drop once conversion is complete.
