Kosciusko County highway update: three paving projects completed; signage planned for new turn lanes

He noted that paint striping on Old 30 has caused some drivers to mistake the turn lane for an additional travel lane and that "some signage from the highway department will have to be placed out there reminding people." He also said invoicing is not complete for all work and that the department expects remaining receipts by year end.
