Planning Director Lynn Cochran said L115, a rezoning request by 4 Star Development and McAdams for property at the southeast corner of Lewis (Louisville) and Robin Hood Road (address listed as 6328 Robin Hood Road), was heard by the planning board, which recommended approval.
