Mister Blanchard told the Columbia County Management & Internal Services Committee on Jan. 13 that the county is in the next-to-last year of its Esri agreement and requested authorization to pay the subscription renewal. "Cost of the subscription renewal is a $170,000, which will be coming from GIS's operating budget for this year," Blanchard said, and staff recommended approval.
