- ARB2025MB00062 (Holland Hills, 1944 Marcus Road) and related items: The board approved a screened‑porch proposal with specific conditions to replace references to vinyl or aluminum clad trim in the permit documents with LP SmartSide (smooth finish) and to require Watson Town, Pennsylvania‑molded brick (Birks Flashed) instead of brick veneer for the retaining wall.
