The Vermont Arts Council briefed the House Corrections and Institutions Committee on its Art in State Buildings program and recent funding proposals, including a reallocation of $72,500 from a suspended Supreme Court project and a request to combine fiscal-year allocations for a larger Newport courthouse art commission.
