At the Jan. 8 meeting the commission continued the hearing for 11 Amelia Road (DEP 234‑957) to Jan. 22 after applicant representative Jacob Cross (Goddard Consulting) submitted revised plans shortly before the meeting.
Cross said the primary revision was removing a proposed new shed and that the total degraded area increase now totals about 419 square feet. He also described an invasive‑species removal and mitigation plan and photographs of existing soils taken during delineation. Staff told the commission that because soils and test pit information for the proposed infiltration system arrived late, order conditions could not be finalized and that the commission should continue the hearing. Commissioners asked that a soils evaluation include seasonal high water table determinations prior to installation of any infiltration system.
The continuation passed by roll call; staff will prepare draft order conditions and the applicant is expected to provide the soils/test‑pit data required for final review.
