The Valley County Board of Commissioners voted Jan. 12 to approve VAC‑25‑002, a request to vacate a 10‑foot utility easement centered on the lot line between Lots 10 and 11 at 135 Skidoo Place in Round Valley Snow Haven Number 2.

Staff reported the Planning & Zoning Commission had unanimously recommended approval at a properly noticed public hearing on Nov.13, 2025, and that agency reviews (including Idaho Transportation Department, Idaho Power, DEQ and the McCall airport manager) returned no objections. Staff noted one comment from an Idaho Power easement specialist who said the utility does not have facilities in the specific area and therefore had no objection.
