The Cornwall-Lebanon School District Board of School Directors on Jan. 12 approved a series of construction change orders, contract ratifications and routine finance measures related to ongoing renovations and district operations.
Under buildings and grounds, Mister Snyder moved the approval of multiple change orders covering the general contractor for the Cedar Crest High School renovation (GCCO No. 6, Lobar Incorporated), roofing contractor change order (RCCO No. 1, Detweiler Roofing), a plumbing contractor change order (PCCO No. 3, J R Reynolds Incorporated) and facility improvement change orders for Earl Bold Stadium (GCCO No. 4, NCI Incorporated and PCCO No. 1, Mako Mechanical Incorporated). The board also ratified a contract with Gable and Son Construction to repair roofing at Cedar Crest Middle School and South Lebanon Elementary as part of an insurance claim, using CoStar pricing. Each motion was seconded and approved by a show of hands, recorded as 9–0.
The board approved payments to the Cedarhurst campus renovation fund bills in the amount read during the meeting and accepted capital reserve fund bills totaling $94,056.66. In other finance business, the board approved the November and December 2025 treasurer's reports, payment of general fund bills, and food service fund bills totaling $276,179.82. Miss Carpenter moved and the board approved a mileage reimbursement rate of $0.72 per mile effective Jan. 1, 2026.
Several extracurricular facility-use requests and out-of-town trips for Cedar Crest High School teams (dates and locations listed in the meeting record) were approved, and the board accepted fiduciary fund statements for student activity and scholarship funds for the period July 1–Nov. 30, 2025. Credit reimbursements of $76,410.66 and the 2026–27 Cedar Crest High School educational planning guide were also approved.
