The board approved the meeting agenda (motion by Moulton; second by Lure) and minutes from Dec. 8 (motion by Lohr; second by Moulton). The board moved to approve payment of the bills (motion by Moulton; second by Lohr) and accepted multiple personnel resignations and contract recommendations as presented (motions carried).

Transportation and equipment approvals included:
- Two Sourcewell bus bids approved for delivery in July: a 27‑passenger bus with lift and special‑needs seating priced at $148,689 and a second bus at $148,725. The district said it received a clean diesel grant that will pay up to $37,984 toward one bus (presented by transportation staff; motion to approve bids by Milton; second by Laura).
- Authorization to bid a motor grader for the heavy equipment operator program, budgeted at $115,000 and funded through FY26 Perkins funds (motion by Moulton; second by Lohr).
- Approval to bid for an Anatomage (3D anatomy) table for the nursing program, budgeted at $107,666 (motion by Moore; second by Moulton).
- Approval of two low‑cost equipment leases from TransSource for wheel loaders at $1,000 per month each for 12 months to support heavy equipment instruction (motion by Bolton; second by Lore).

Facilities and fee actions included:
- Approval of a material‑only purchase from Johnson Controls to supply HVAC equipment to provide air conditioning for Lincoln and Jefferson elementary schools under a Sourcewell contract, priced at $622,000 (motion by Loehr; second by Moulton).
- Authorization of preschool tuition at $225 per month (10 months; $2,250 annually) with an optional $30 per month transportation add‑on ($300 annually) for the 2026–27 school year (motion by Moulton; second by Laura). The board noted the $5/month increase from last year.
- Authorization of driver education fees at $360 per student for 2026 (no change from prior year); Arrow Education Board will cover 75% for qualifying students (motion by Laura; second by Moulton).

Personnel and policy approvals: the board approved contract recommendations and addendums for employees, stipends for continuing education and several policy second readings (facilities planning, site acquisition procedure, FFA memorials, evaluation procedures and grievance procedures for noncertified staff). Individual motions were made and seconded for each item and each vote carried.

After completing business, the board moved into executive session to discuss the superintendent’s evaluation; the motion to enter executive session was made by Mofin and seconded by Laura, and the board announced no action would follow the session.
