The Licensing, Hearings and Public Safety Committee reviewed Report 40-25-26 from the City Clerk, covering various license applications.

The City Attorney said there was no comment and that no representative from the City Clerk’s office was present. "Nothing has been brought to my attention regarding any of these matters," the City Attorney said.

Alder Perella moved to recommend that all licenses be granted subject to inspections, proof of insurance, payment of license fees and meeting applicable state statutes and Sheboygan municipal code; Alder Gervin seconded. The committee voted 'aye' and the chair also voted in the affirmative; the motion passed.

The recommendation directs the City Clerk to continue processing licenses and complete required inspections and fee collection as part of the normal licensing workflow.
