Staff reported the board had initiated 1,545 complaints and closed 1,271 investigations during that period, with 1,784 field investigations pending as of Dec. 1, 2025. The materials included average timeframes for stages in the field investigation process.
No members requested further immediate action; staff will continue to report enforcement metrics to the committee and board when appropriate.
