On district legal and financial designations, the board adopted a resolution designating the following law firms for district representation (evaluations, legal matters, labor relations, policy and bonding): Collins and Blaha; Foley and Robinette; Miller Johnson; Seacrest; Wardle; Lynch; Hampton; Truax and Morley; and Troon Law Firm. The board designated Argent (formerly Huntington Bank) as bond-paying agent, Center as the bank for purchasing and credit-card activity, Comerica Securities for investments, and Fifth Third Bank for other accounts.
