The Mid-Del (Midwest City-Del City) School Board unanimously accepted the FY24-25 audit after a presentation by Michael Kemper of Jacobsen Kemper, who said the financial statements "present fairly in all material respects" for the district.
The board approved one-time stipends for district award recipients — $1,000 for winners and $100 for finalists — and passed revisions to Policy C-30 and edits to the Middale Tech Center 2025–26 student handbook after staff identified a cut-off sentence on page 29 and proposed a minor fix.
In human-resources business, the board approved the HR report and confirmed several hires. The board appointed Kelly Carter as director of health services; staff summarized Carter’s credentials, noting she is a registered nurse with a BSN and a master’s in legal studies and has experience managing school health programs and grants. The board also approved Dondre Williams as director of outreach, marketing and compliance and heard a staff summary of his background in student media, drone licensing programs and athletic communications.
