Court gets final ADA walk results on courthouse annex; staff to address minor punch-list items

Commissioner Fincannon said a proposed contract to negotiate with GB Construction arrived over the weekend and is under review; he will forward it to county legal staff for review and hopes to have an item for the court next week. Staff also noted minor floor damage from moving furniture that is not part of the construction contract and will require separate repair work.
