Mayor (unnamed) and Village Administrator David Lumsden responded during the mayor's report and later in the meeting, saying the village had provided televac inspection reports and records and that the work was completed; they offered to provide records and reiterated that the televac/telebag documentation had been provided to the resident previously. The administrator said engineers will compile inspection data and potential projects for forthcoming design work.
