"I was in error," Brad said. After the court agreed to reconsider the December vote, a motion to accept Total Response's $50,938 proposal carried; staff noted the vendor extended a 10% end-of-year discount that saves the county roughly $11,200.
The contract will provide the county's dispatch center with the selected EMD software and associated implementation; the court did not discuss detailed procurement contract terms during the public session.
Next steps: staff will finalize contract documents and implement the system per the vendor agreement.
