Board recognizes Ludicago Elementary feedback team for in‑class coaching model

Othello — The school board recognized three staff members from Ludicago Elementary for their work as a feedback team that provides in‑class coaching and supports instructional rigor.

Principal Christina Benjamin introduced the team and said the group’s approach — ‘‘see it, name it, do it’’ — turns observations into actionable supports for teachers. Team members identified in the presentation were Rosalba Samlerone (instructional coach), Marcy Gonzales (instructional lead) and Marie Bella (dean of students). They described weekly classroom visits, immediate feedback, and collaboration with leadership to turn observations into planning and supports.

Board members thanked the team for their work; the chair offered brief praise and the meeting moved on to student reports and board business.
